Description

Engineering work is taking place between Preston and Manchester Piccadilly, closing some lines.

The following services will be amended:

Monday to Thursday:

The 20:12 Edinburgh to Manchester Piccadilly service will terminate at Preston.

A rail replacement bus will operate between Preston and Manchester Piccadilly.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 04:57 Manchester Piccadilly to Glasgow Central service will start from Preston at 05:36.

A rail replacement bus will operate earlier between Manchester Piccadilly and Preston to connect to the train service.
