Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Preston / Blackburn and Clitheroe / Colne from Monday 25 to Friday 29 January

Northern between Preston and Colne, and between Blackburn and Clitheroe

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Blackburn and Clitheroe / Colne, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

As a result:

Monday to Thursday:

• The 23:42 Clitheroe to Blackburn service will be bus replaced throughout

• The 22:51 Preston to Colne service will terminate at Blackburn. A bus will be provided from Blackburn to Colne

Tuesday to Friday:

• The 05:49 Colne to Preston service will start from Burnley Central at 06:05. An earlier bus will be provided from Colne to Burnley Central, departing Colne at 05:30 to connect with the train at Burnley Central
