Buses replace late night / early morning trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn from Monday 7 to Friday 11 December

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading West and Bedwyn, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 19:04 Paignton to London Paddington will call additionally at Hungerford and Kintbury and will call at Newbury and beyond later than normal.

The 21:37 Bedwyn to Newbury service will not run.

The 22:08 Newbury to Reading service will be retimed to start earlier than usual at 21:36, and will not call at Reading West. A replacement bus for this train will run at 22:08 from Newbury to Reading, calling at all stations.

From 22:20 until the end of service, buses will replace trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:31 Bedwyn to London Paddington service will terminate at Reading. You can use alternative rail connections between Reading and London Paddington at no extra cost.
