Buses replace late night trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn from Monday 22 to Thursday 25 January
Great Western Railway between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn
Engineering work is taking place between Reading West and Bedwyn, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
After approximately 22:10 each night, buses will replace trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn.
The 21:16 Bedwyn to Newbury will be extended to run to Reading.
The 22:08 Newbury to Reading service will be amended to start earlier than usual, at 21:48 and will not call at Newbury Racecourse, Midgham or Aldermaston. A replacement bus will run at 22:08 from Newbury to Reading, calling at all stations.
