Amended trains in the Rochdale area on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 July

Northern between Clitheroe and Rochdale, between Blackburn and Southport, and between Manchester Victoria and Leeds

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Stalybridge and Mirfield, closing all lines.

As a result of diverted train services using the lines via Rochdale, the following alterations will apply:

Saturday:

Trains between Clitheroe / Blackburn and Rochdale will not call at Castleton.

You should use other train services to / from Castleton instead.

Sunday:

Trains between Blackburn and Southport will be retimed by up to 10 minutes, and will not call at Walsden.

You should use other train services to / from Walsden instead.
