Buses replace trains between Rochester and Rainham on Sunday 22 March

Southeastern between London Victoria and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Chatham and between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate and between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea and also between London Charing Cross and Gravesend via Sidcup

Thameslink between Kentish Town and Gillingham

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Rochester and Rainham, closing some lines.

Southeastern:

Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Chatham will only run between London Victoria and Rochester. Additional trains will run between Rainham and Ramsgate / Dover Priory. Some trains will run at different times than usual for part of the journey.

Highspeed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will only run between London St Pancras International and Rochester.

Sheerness line: Trains between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea will be retimed.

Sidcup Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Gravesend via Sidcup will be extended to run to / from Strood.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

• Rochester and Rainham calling at all stations

• Strood and Rainham calling at all stations

The following stations will be closed and will only be served by accessible buses:

• Chatham

• Gillingham

Thameslink:

Thameslink have yet to confirm how they are affected by these works.
