Buses replace Thameslink trains on routes via Rochester on Sunday 26 October

Southeastern between London Victoria and Gillingham (Kent) / Faversham / Ramsgate / Dover Priory, between London St Pancras International and Faversham / Ramsgate , between London Charing Cross and Dartford / Gravesend and also between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea

Thameslink between West Hampstead Thameslink / Kentish Town / London Bridge and Rainham (Kent), between St Albans City and Gillingham (Kent) Dartford and Gillingham (Kent) / Rainham (Kent)

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Sole Street and Rainham and also between Strood and Rainham, closing all lines.

Southeastern:

• Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Chatham will only run between London Victoria and Sole Street. Trains that run between London Victoria and Sole Street via Denmark hill will run at different times than usual. Additional trains will run between Rainham and Ramsgate / Dover Priory.

• Highspeed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will only run between London St Pancras International and Strood and will run at different times than usual.

• Sheerness line: Trains between Sittingbourne and Sheerness-on-Sea will run at different times than usual.

• Sidcup Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Gravesend via Sidcup will not run. Services which usually only run between London Charing Cross and Dartford will not run.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

• Meopham and Rainham calling at all stations except Sole Street.

• Strood and Rainham calling at all stations

• A minibus will run between Meopham and Sole Street*

The following stations will be closed all day and only served by replacement buses:

• Rochester

• Chatham

• Gillingham

It is not yet known how Thameslink are affected by this disruption.
