Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Rutherglen area, closing some lines.

Glasgow Central - Edinburgh via Carstairs (Saturday only): Trains will not run and will be replaced by buses between Glasgow Central and Haymarket in both directions. A minibus service will run between Kirknewton and Edinburgh.

Glasgow Central - Edinburgh via Shotts: Buses will replace trains between Glasgow Central and Shotts, calling at Cambuslang, Uddingston, Bellshill, Holytown and Carfin in both directions.

Glasgow Central - Lanark: Trains will divert via Cathcart Circle and not call at Cambuslang. Therefore, buses will replace trains between Glasgow Central and Uddingston, calling at Cambuslang in both directions.
