Description

Engineering work is taking place until 12:30 between Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton, closing some lines.

Transport for Wales:

The following services will all start from Shrewsbury:

  • 10:06 Birmingham International to Chester

  • 11:06 Birmingham International to Aberystwyth

  • 12:08 Birmingham International to Aberystwyth

  • 13:08 Birmingham International to Chester

You should use London Northwestern Railway / West Midlands Railway services between Birmingham International and Wolverhampton. A replacement bus service will operate between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.

The following trains will not run and will be replaced by buses between Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton:

08:09 Shrewsbury to Birmingham International

09:17 Shrewsbury to Birmingham International

You are advised to use West Midlands Railway / London Northwestern Railway services between Wolverhampton and Birmingham International.

The 09:20 Chester to Birmingham International service will terminate at Shrewsbury a replacement bus will run between Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton. You are advised to use West Midlands Railway / London Northwestern Railway services between Wolverhampton and Birmingham International.

West Midlands Railway:

No trains will run between Birmingham New Street and Shrewsbury.

Rail replacement buses will run between Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.

You are advised to travel on other West Midlands Railway services between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton.
