Description

Engineering work is taking place between Crewe and Chester, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 21:26 Cardiff Central to Chester service will be diverted to run via Wrexham General (not calling). Replacement buses will run between Shrewsbury and Chester via Crewe, calling at all stations.

The 23:33 Crewe to Wrexham General service will start from Chester at 23:54. A replacement bus will run from Crewe at 23:33 to Chester, not connecting with the train.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 04:31 Chester to Birmingham International service will start from Crewe at 04:41. An earlier replacement bus will run from Chester at 03:30 to Crewe, connecting with the train.
