Description
Engineering work is taking place between St Denys and Cosham, closing all lines.
Great Western Railway:
Buses will replace trains between Southampton Central and Portsmouth Harbour, calling at Fareham, Cosham, Fratton and Portsmouth & Southsea.
South Western Railway:
Saturday:
Trains between London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour via Eastleigh will terminate at Eastleigh.
Trains between Southampton Central to Portsmouth Harbour stopping services will not run.
Sunday:
The morning and afternoon London Waterloo to Poole / Portsmouth Harbour via Eastleigh services will continue to Poole only.
The afternoon and evening London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour via Eastleigh services will terminate at Eastleigh.
Southampton Central to Portsmouth stopping services will not run.
All weekend a replacement bus service will run between:
Eastleigh and Portsmouth Harbour via Fareham
Southampton Central and Portsmouth via Fareham
Southern:
Buses will replace Southern trains between Southampton Central and Havant.
Trains which usually run between Southampton Central and Brighton will be diverted to run to / from Portsmouth & Southsea, calling additionally at Fratton.
Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.
