Description

Engineering work is taking place between London St Pancras International / Finsbury Park and London Blackfriars / London Bridge, closing all lines.

All day on Saturday and Sunday, no Thameslink trains will run through central London between London St Pancras International / Finsbury Park and London Blackfriars / London Bridge.

Paper rail tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on London Underground and London Bus services to travel across central London.

Trains will run to an amended timetable between:

  • Cambridge / Peterborough and London Kings Cross

  • Bedford / Luton and London St Pancras International, on Sunday trains will not call at Kentish Town

  • London Bridge and Brighton / Horsham / Rainham (Kent)

  • London Victoria and Sevenoaks

Your tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on London Overground trains between West Hampstead and Kentish Town West (Sunday only), and Elizabeth line trains between Farringdon and Abbey Wood.

No trains will run between London Blackfriars and Sutton. Your ticket will be accepted at no extra cost on Southern trains, and on South Western Railway trains between London Waterloo and Wimbledon. Paper rail tickets will also be accepted at no extra cost on local London Buses, London Underground and London Trams.

Paper tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on the following Transport for London services:

Buses between:

  • Blackfriars - Streatham (via Tulse Hill)

  • Streatham - Sutton (via Wimbledon and Mitcham)

  • Kings Cross St Pancras - London Bridge / Elephant & Castle

  • Farringdon - East Dulwich (via Blackfriars / Elephant & Castle)

  • Kentish Town / Kentish Town West - Kings Cross St Pancras (Sunday only)

London Trams between:

  • Wimbledon – East Croydon

London Underground between:

  • Wimbledon / Victoria - Blackfriars

  • Kentish Town (Sunday only) / Kings Cross St Pancras - London Bridge / Elephant & Castle / Morden

  • West Hampstead - London Bridge

Additionally from 23:59, rail replacement buses will operate between London St Pancras International and London Bridge, calling at London Blackfriars.
