Description

Engineering work is taking place between Wolverhampton and Stafford via Penkridge, closing all lines.

Avanti West Coast:

Trains between London Euston and Scotland via Nuneaton, will depart London Euston earlier and call additionally at Crewe, Oxenholme Lake District and Penrith North Lakes.

Trains between London Euston and Scotland via Birmingham New Street will operate a bi-hourly service between Preston and Edinburgh.

A replacement bus service will operate between Wolverhampton and Crewe.

CrossCountry:

Rail services will operate between Stoke on Trent, Macclesfield, Stockport and Manchester Piccadilly.

Buses replace trains between Wolverhampton, Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent.

London Northwestern Railway:

Train services between London Euston and Crewe will run to a slightly amended timetable.

Train services between Birmingham New Street and Crewe / Liverpool Lime Street will run between Stafford / Crewe and Liverpool Lime Street only.

Trains between Stafford and Crewe (via Stoke-on-Trent) will run to and amended timetable.

Rail replacement buses will operate between Wolverhampton and Stafford.

Passengers are advised to travel on other services between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton.
