Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Swansea and Llanelli, closing some lines.

Wednesday and Thursday:

  • 18:35 Shrewsbury to Swansea service will terminate at Llanelli with connecting rail replacement road transport onwards to Swansea

  • 22:27 Cardiff Central to Carmarthen service will run to an amended timetable, journey time extended, running later from Llanelli

  • 21:46 Fishguard Harbour to Cardiff Central service will be iverted between Llanelli and Port Talbot Parkway, with replacement road transport available for stops between these stations

  • 23:20 Cardiff Central to Carmarthen service will be diverted between Port Talbot Parkway and Llanelli, with replacement road transport available for stops between these stations

  • 22:40 Swansea to Carmarthen train will not run and will be replaced by a bus

  • 23:45 Swansea to Carmarthen train will not run and will be replaced by a bus

Thursday and Friday:

  • 04:38 Carmarthen to Swansea train will not run and will be replaced by a bus

  • 04:47 Carmarthen to Shrewsbury service departs earlier and runs earlier to Llanelli

  • 05:16 Swansea to Llandovery starts Llanelli earlier, with connecting rail replacement road transport from Swansea
