Amended morning services in the Westbury / Warminster area on Sunday 12 November

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bradford-upon-Avon and Warminster, closing various lines. ​​​​​​​

As a result the following amendments will apply:

• The 07:55 Westbury to Warminster service will not run. You should use later train services to complete your journey.

• The 08:11 Warminster to Swindon service will not run. An earlier rail replacement bus service will run between Warminster and Chippenham, calling at Dilton Marsh, Westbury, Trowbridge and Melksham. Rail connections available between Chippenham and Swindon.

• The 08:40 Westbury to Bristol Temple Meads service start at 09:00 and will run later than usual throughout.

• The 09:14 Swindon to Westbury service will not run. A rail replacement bus service will run between Chippenham and Trowbridge, rail connections are available between Trowbridge and Westbury.

• The 10:46 Westbury to Swindon service will not run and will be part replaced by road transport from Trowbridge and Melksham to Trowbridge. Rail connection Westbury-Trowbridge and further road transport Chippenham-Swindon.

• The 10:58 Weymouth to Swindon service will depart Westbury and beyond a few minutes later than usual.

• The 11:42 Swindon to Westbury service will not run. A rail replacement bus service will run between Chippenham and Trowbridge, rail connections are available between Trowbridge and Westbury.
