Buses replace trains between Derby and Tamworth on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 July

CrossCountry between Edinburgh / Leeds and Penzance, between Aberdeen / Dundee / Glasgow Central / Leeds and Plymouth, between Edinburgh / Newcastle / York / Nottingham / Leicester and Birmingham New Street, between Nottingham and Cardiff Central, between Derby and Reading / Plymouth and also between Edinburgh and Bristol Temple Meads

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Derby and Burton-on-Trent, closing all lines.

Trains that usually run between Nottingham and Cardiff Central will run between Tamworth and Cardiff Central.

Trains to / from North East England / Scotland will be diverted, extending journey times by up to 60 minutes. These trains will not call at Burton-on-Trent or Tamworth. Journey times will be extended by 60 minutes.

Replacement buses will run between Derby and Tamworth.
