Thameslink between West Hampstead Thameslink / Kentish Town and Rainham, and also between London Bridge and Gillingham (Kent)

Description

Engineering work is taking place in the London Bridge area, and also between London Bridge and Plumstead, closing various lines.

All day on Sunday, most Thameslink trains will be diverted and unable to call at London Bridge.

Thameslink trains will run to an amended timetable between Plumstead and Rainham only. Your tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on:

  • Southeastern train services between London and Plumstead

  • Southeastern rail replacement buses between Lewisham and Charlton

All other Thameslink trains which usually run via London Bridge will be diverted between London Blackfriars and East Croydon, will not call at London Bridge, and will run to a revised timetable with extended journey times.

Paper rail tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on:

  • London Underground services between Elephant & Castle / London Blackfriars and London Bridge / Cannon Street

  • Elizabeth line trains between Farringdon and Abbey Wood

  • Docklands Light Railway services between Bank and Woolwich Arsenal

Please be aware that Southeastern services are affected by this work, and will not run to / from London Cannon Street or via Greenwich.
