Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Totnes and Plymouth, closing some lines. ​​​​​​​

CrossCountry:

Monday to Thursday:

• The 15:08 Edinburgh to Plymouth service will terminate at Taunton. A rail replacement bus service will run between Taunton and Plymouth.

Tuesday to Friday:

• The 05:24 Plymouth to Edinburgh service will start from Bristol Temple Meads.

Great Western Railway:

Monday to Thursday:

• The 18:36 London Paddington to Plymouth service will terminate at Exeter St Davids. If you are travelling beyond Exeter St Davids you should travel by earlier or later rail services.

• The 19:04 London Paddington to Plymouth service will arrive / depart Newton Abbot, Totnes and arrive Plymouth a few minutes earlier than normal.

• The 20:03 London Paddington to Plymouth service will terminate at Totnes. A rail replacement bus service will run between Taunton and Plymouth (operated by CrossCountry).

• The 21:00 Penzance to Exeter St Davids service will terminate at Plymouth (and restart at Totnes). A rail replacement bus service will run between Plymouth and Exeter St Davids, calling at Ivybridge, Totnes and Newton Abbot.

• The 21:04 London Paddington to Plymouth service will terminate at Exeter St Davids. A rail replacement bus service will run between Exeter St Davids and Plymouth, calling at Newton Abbot, Totnes and Ivybridge.

• The 21:45 Penzance to London Paddington "Night Riviera" Sleeper service will not run.

• The 22:24 Plymouth to Exeter St Davids service will depart Plymouth at 22:27. Normal timings departing Totnes and beyond.

• The 23:45 London Paddington to Penzance "Night Riviera" sleeper service will not run.

Tuesday to Friday:

• The 04:54 Plymouth to London Paddington service will start from Newton Abbot at 05:30. You should use alternative services.

• The 05:33 Plymouth to London Paddington service will start from Totnes at 06:01. An earlier rail replacement bus will depart Plymouth at 04:40, calling at Ivybridge and stopping at Totnes for customers to disembark only and connect with the train. This bus will then continue to Exeter St Davids.

• The 05:55 Plymouth to London Paddington will start from Exeter St Davids at 06:52. An earlier rail replacement bus service will run between Plymouth and Exeter St Davids to connect with the train.
