Great Western Railway between London Paddington / Exeter St Davids and Paignton / Plymouth / Penzance

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Totnes and Plymouth, closing some lines. ​​​​​​​

As a result the following amendments will apply:

  • The 08:25 Plymouth to London Paddington service will start from Totnes. An earlier rail replacement bus service will run between Plymouth and Totnes to connect with the train.

  • The 08:36 Exeter St Davids to Penzance service will depart Newton Abbot, arrive / depart Totnes and arrive Plymouth a few minutes later than normal. It will terminate at Plymouth. Rail connections available between Plymouth and Penzance.

  • The 09:12 Plymouth to London Paddington service will start from Totnes. You should travel by later rail services.

  • The 10:36 Paignton to London Paddington service will start from Newton Abbot. If you are travelling from Paignton, Torquay and Torre you should travel by earlier or later rail services.
