Amended Avanti West Coast services to / from London Euston on Sunday 24 May

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Warrington Central and Wigan North Western, closing some lines.

Avanti West Coast will operate the following amended timetable:

• London Euston to Glasgow Central services via Nuneaton will be diverted to run via Manchester Piccadilly and Bolton

• London Euston to Glasgow Central services via Birmingham New Street will run between London Euston and Crewe only

• London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly services will be reduced to 2 services per hour in each direction

• London Euston to Edinburgh services will run between Preston and Edinburgh only.

Rail replacement buses will run between Crewe and Wigan North Western.

For travel between Preston and Wigan North Western, you can use alternative train services at no extra cost.
