Description
Engineering work is taking place between Westbury and Castle Cary, closing all lines.
Long distance services:
Long distance services between London and Devon / Cornwall will be diverted to run on alternative routes, not calling at stations via Newbury / Westbury. These trains will be retimed to run earlier or later than usual.
Additionally, trains between London Paddington and Weston-super-Mare will be amended to run between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads only.
Local services:
Buses will replace trains between:
Westbury and Frome.
Westbury and Castle Cary.
Castle Cary and Taunton.
Pewsey and Swindon.
"Night Riviera" Sleeper services:
The 21:15 Penzance to London Paddington and 23:50 London Paddington to Penzance services will not run.
