Buses replace trains between Witham and Chelmsford on Sunday 22 October

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Witham and Chelmsford, closing all lines. ​​​​​​​

Trains from Norwich, Ipswich, Clacton, Colchester and Braintree will terminate / start at Witham.

Rail replacement buses will run between:

• Witham and Ingatestone (fast, for customers travelling to London).

• Witham and Chelmsford via Hatfield Peverel (for Chelmsford and Hatfield Peverel customers only).

Connecting train services will operate between Chelmsford and London Liverpool Street via Ingatestone, also serving Shenfield and Stratford.
