What is Hubs Mobility Advice Service?  

Hubs Mobility Advice Service(external link, opens in a new tab) (HMAS) is a free information and guidance service on the best accessible travel options for you, including support on how to get from your home to the station, or to your end destination. 

If you have restricted mobility or have a disability, HMAS will aim to provide all the answers you need for stress-free travel.

Services may vary slightly between Hubs centres, but all will provide free detailed advice on:   

  • Easy access rail and air travel   

  • Community transport  

  • Local, national and international travel planning
