Description

An obstruction on the track at Abergavenny means that trains are unable to run through the area. As a result, trains running between Hereford and Newport (South Wales) may be cancelled, delayed by up to 75 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 21:00.

Your ticket can be used on the following services at no extra cost:

  • Great Western Railway between Cardiff Central and Bristol Parkway

  • CrossCountry between Cardiff Central / Bristol Parkway and Manchester Piccadilly via Birmingham New Street

  • West Midlands Railway between Hereford / Shrewsbury and Birmingham New Street

  • Avanti West Coast between Birmingham and Crewe / Crewe and Manchester
