Description
Services are returning to normal following a fault on a train at Acton Central and passengers causing a disturbance at Hackney Central.
As services recover, trains between Willesden Junction and Richmond may still be cancelled, delayed or revised to start / terminate at different stations along the route.
Residual disruption is expected until 20:30.
