Trains between Larkhall / Motherwell / Cumbernauld and Dalmuir

Description

Following a fault with the signalling system in the Airbles area all lines between Motherwell / Larkhall and Hamilton Central have now reopened. As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 17:00.

Customer advice:

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Whitelaws between Hamilton, Chatelherault, Merryton, Larkhall and Motherwell

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
