Description
Following a fault with the signalling system at Airbles, all lines have now reopened. Whilst service recovers, trains running between Hamilton Central and Larkhall / Motherwell may continue to be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 15:00.
Customer advice:
You may use your ticket on Whitelaws buses on the following routes between Hamilton, Chatelherault, Merryton, Larkhall, Airbles and Motherwell.
You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.
If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
