Description
The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Alderley Edge and Crewe, resulting in all lines being blocked.
Trains running between Stockport and Crewe may be revised or delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

23:20 Sandbach to Crewe
23:40 Crewe calling as required at Sandbach, Holmes Chapel, Goostrey, Chelford, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Handforth, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, Heaton Chapel, Levenshulme and Manchester Piccadilly
23:45 Manchester Piccadilly calling at Levenshulme, Heaton Chapel, Stockport, Cheadle Hulme, Handforth and then at stations as required to Crewe
00:10 Wilmslow to Crewe calling at Alderley Edge, Chelford, Goostrey, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach and Crewe
Journey times will be extended by up to 60 minutes whilst travelling by rail replacement transport.
