Description
Lines have reopened following a trespasser on the railway between Apperley Bridge and Shipley. Trains running between Leeds and Ilkley / Shipley may still be delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised whilst service recovers.
Disruption is expected until 13:00.
Northern customer advice:
The trespasser has safely left the line meaning that train services can now run.
Northern train ticket restrictions have been lifted in the affected areas, including Advance and Peak restrictions, during this disruption. Restrictions will be reinstated once the disruption ends.
If the train you have a ticket for is cancelled, you can travel on any Northern, TransPennine Express or LNER service within 2 hours before or after your cancelled service was due to depart.
