Description
A speed restriction over a defective track between Barmouth and Tywyn means that some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains running between Machynlleth and Pwllheli may be cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until 18:30.
Customer advice:
For safety, train services will not be able to run through the area until it has been fixed.

Route G21 and G24 provided by Lloyds Coaches between Machynlleth and Tywyn.
Route T2 and T3 provided by Lloyds Coaches between Machynlleth and Barmouth/Porthmadog via Dolgellau (Please note: Dolgellau is a local bus connection point and not a Railway Station)
Route G23 provided by Lloyds Coaches between Barmouth and Porthmadog.
Route 3 provided by Caelloi between Porthmadog and Pwllheli.
Transport for Wales have organised buses to run between Barmouth and Machynlleth to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive Barmouth at approximately 17:45 provided by Lloyds Coaches.
