Description

A person has been hit by a train between Barnes and Richmond. Whilst the emergency services carry out their work, all lines between these stations are closed. Trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

In order to allow emergency services access to the railway all power to the track will need to be switched off in the affected area.

Windsor & Reading services

  • All lines between Barnes and Feltham via Richmond are currently blocked and trains are not able to stop at Mortlake, North Sheen, Richmond, St Margarets (London), Twickenham and Whitton (London)

  • London Waterloo to London Waterloo via Twickenham services will be cancelled until further notice

  • London Waterloo to Hounslow via Twickenham services will be diverted via Brentford

  • Hounslow to London Waterloo via Twickenham services will be diverted via Brentford

  • Services may be delayed up to 60 minutes, revised or cancelled at short notice

    • District line from Richmond towards Embankment and change at Embankment for Bakerloo line or Northern line to London Waterloo

    • Piccadilly line between Hounslow West and Leicester Square or Piccadilly Circus and change to the Northern line to London Waterloo

    • Piccadilly line from Hatton Cross, change at Green Park to Jubilee Line for London Waterloo

    • Northern line services between London Waterloo and Battersea Power Station

  • London Buses between Barnes and Feltham
