Description
A theft of signalling cables between Colchester and London Liverpool Street means that trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines. In order to ease congestion between these stations, some trains will be revised to terminate / start their journey at Colchester or Witham, rather than London Liverpool Street.
This is expected until 15:00.

Customers travelling on Intercity services between Norwich and London Liverpool Street will need to change trains at Colchester.
Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
