The incident with a fire on a train at Birmingham New Street has been resolved and lines have now reopened at this station. As service recovers, services running through this station may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
Major disruption is expected until 10:00.

You may use your ticket on Chiltern Railways services between London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street at no extra cost.
If your train is cancelled, your ticket is valid on one of the two Avanti West Coast services immediately before your booked train, or one of the two immediately after.
