Description

A fault with the signalling system between Charlton and Blackheath means the line is disrupted. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

Disruption is expected until 10:15.

What's happened?

We have been informed of a failure of part of the signalling system at Blackheath. Response staff have identified the fault and need the close the line to carry out repairs and expect it to be done by 10:00.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are unable to run from Charlton to Blackheath.

Trains from Blackheath to Charlton as well as ones via Greenwich are not affected.

What should I do?

Please allow extra time to complete your journey and check before you travel. You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Docklands Light Railway between Lewisham and Charlton, Southeastern services via Charlton and London Buses between Lewisham, Charlton and Greenwich.
