Description
Following a points failure at Bournemouth all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains running through this station may still be delayed by up to 40 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
South Western Railway customer advice:
Following a points failure at Bournemouth, the line towards Brockenhurst has now reopened. Engineers temporary fixed the fault to allow all trains to run around the affected points, but trains will have to run at a reduced speed on all lines.
Long distance and mainline services
Services between Weymouth, Poole and London Waterloo will be subject to delay, alteration or cancellation.
