Between Cardiff Central and Maesteg

Description

An obstruction on the track between Cardiff Central and Bridgend means that some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains can not run between Bridgend and Maesteg.

Trains will be revised to terminate / start back from Bridgend.

Disruption is expected until 11:00.

Customer advice:

Transport for Wales have organised buses to run between Pontyclun and Maesteg to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at Pontyclun at approximately 10:05 provided by J Davies.

You can also use your ticket at no extra cost on Great Western Railway between Cardiff Central and Swansea in both directions.

If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
