Between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton
Description
Due to a safety inspection of the track at Highbridge & Burnham some lines are blocked. Train services running between Bristol Temple Meads / Weston-super-Mare and Taunton may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or diverted. Highbridge & Burnham and Bridgwater may not be served.
Disruption is expected until 14:00.
CrossCountry customer advice:
Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the two CrossCountry services operating before and after your cancelled service.
If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
Any seat reservations will not be carried over to another train, but Coach B, H and L are unreserved coaches on CrossCountry services (where available) so please head to them.

You may use your ticket at no extra cost on Buses of Somerset on the following routes:
20 between Weston-super-Mare (station) and Burnham-on-Sea
21 between Highbridge & Burnham (George Hotel), Bridgwater (bus station) and Taunton (bus station)#
Limited road transport is operating at Weston-super-Mare for customers travelling to stations towards Taunton, although customers boarding at unstaffed stations should make use of the Help Point located on station platforms.
