Description
A fault with the signalling system between Bromsgrove and Worcestershire Parkway means all lines are blocked. As a result, trains between Birmingham New Street and Worcestershire Parkway / Worcester Foregate Street may be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes or diverted.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Worcestershire Parkway will not be served.

Road Transport:
Cross Country have requested road transport to run between Birmingham New Street and Gloucester / Bristol Temple Meads. You may use these services at no additional cost. Any confirmed coaches will be shown in online journey planners.
All road transport will be fully accessible. If you are a disabled customer requiring further assistance for your disrupted journey, please speak to railway station staff or use the customer help points if the station is unstaffed.
If your CrossCountry train is cancelled, then you can use your ticket on the two CrossCountry services operating before and the two CrossCountry services after your cancelled service.

If you chose to drive your car and park at a station on one of the routes below because of this disruption, your rail ticket will be valid to travel back to the same station later in the day to collect your car.
West Midlands Railway don't have any arrangements with local public bus services in this area to accept rail tickets on board their services. If you choose to use these services, keep your bus ticket - West Midlands Railway will consider refunding out of pocket expenses on a case-by-case basis.
