Description

Failure of the overhead line equipment between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt is causing disruption to journeys between these stations. As a result, trains may be delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

This is expected until 04:45.

Customer advice:

Unfortunately, the overhead electrical wires that supply power to the trains, between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt, have been damaged and trains are unable to run in the area. Network Rail engineers are working to repair the wires as quickly as possible.

Service impact:

Services are unable to run between Tottenham Hale and Cheshunt and are beign diverted to run via Seven Sisters. This is causing delays to journeys.

Ticket acceptance:

You can use your Greater Anglia ticket, at no extra charge, on London Underground Victoria line services between Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters.

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
