Disruption to Chiltern Railways services caused by hot weather has now ended.

Ticket flexibility and refund advice:

You can use your ticket dated Thursday 13 August to travel on an alternative Chiltern Railways service up to and including Saturday 15 August at no extra cost. These easements apply only to those customers completing their whole journey with Chiltern Railways and off peak restrictions still apply.

If you chose not to travel on Thursday 13 August, you do have the option to apply for a fee free refund from where you bought your ticket. Please apply within 28 days.
