Description
An earlier failure of the electricity supply between London Blackfriars and London St Pancras International has been rectified. This has allowed lines to reopen.
As services recover, train services running to / from these stations may continue to be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 14:30.
Customer advice:
Trains can now run between London Blackfriars and London St Pancras International again. You can now travel on your booked route.
As work takes place to return to the scheduled timetable, please continue to check journey planners and station information boards before you travel.
Some trains in the area will still be disrupted, and your journey may take up to at least 20 minutes longer than usual.

East Midlands Railway services between London St Pancras International and Bedford
Great Northern services between London Kings Cross / Moorgate and Stevenage
London buses between London Bridge and Finsbury Park
London Underground services between London stations

Can you tell me more about the incident?
Unfortunately, Thameslink were advised of a problem with the electrical supply to the trains in the City Thameslink area earlier today. This meant that some services couldn't move as normal until power was restored.
The fault has now been fixed, and staff are working to restore service to the booked timetable.
