Description
A points failure between Watford Junction / Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction means all lines are blocked. Trains running between these stations will be cancelled or revised.
This is expected until 11:00.
London Overground customers advice:
Trains will be revised to not run between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction.
To assist you with your journey, you can use your ticket on London buses via any reasonable route, at no extra cost.
Southern customers advice:
Service are unable to run between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction until further notice. You will need to use alternative routes to complete your journey today. Please allow for at least an additional 30 minutes travel time.

Ticket acceptance:
Tickets will be accepted for no extra cost on the following services:
London Northwestern Railway services between Tring and London Euston - for Watford Junction, Harrow & Wealdstone, and Wembley Central
Chiltern Railways between Harrow-on-the-Hill, Wembley Stadium and London Marylebone
London Underground across Central, North and West London via any reasonable route
London buses between Watford Junction and Clapham Junction
London Overground services on the Lioness line between Watford Junction, Harrow & Wealdstone, Wembley Central and London Euston
Please note: London Overground services on the Mildmay line between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction are also disrupted, and Southern do not currently recommend these as an alternative.

Can you tell me more about the incident?
Network Rail have been attending to a points failure to the north of Shepherds Bush, which was blocking the route used by Southern services to and from Watford Junction. This has now been fixed, but an operational incident has now resulted in one of our services being delayed in the area. Additional response staff are attending to move this, and are monitoring further progress.
