Description
A fault with the signalling system between Coleshill Parkway and Nuneaton means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains running between Birmingham New Street and Nuneaton may be cancelled, delayed by up to 50 minutes, revised or diverted.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
Rail replacement transport has been requested to run between Nuneaton and Leicester. Any confirmed coaches will be shown in online journey planners.
All road transport will be fully accessible. If you are a disabled customer requiring further assistance for your disrupted journey, please speak to railway station staff or use the customer help points if the station is unstaffed.

If you're travelling between Birmingham and Water Orton / Coleshill Parkway, National Express West Midlands bus service X70 runs from Priory Queensway to Birmingham Road (Water Orton) and Coleshill Parkway railway station.
Please purchase your ticket on board and keep the receipt (or a record of contactless payment). Apply for a reimbursement for this bus ticket via the CrossCountry customer relations team by providing a copy of the ticket or transaction alongside your railway ticket.
If your CrossCountry train is cancelled, then you can use your ticket on the two CrossCountry services operating before and the two CrossCountry services after your cancelled service.
If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
