Description

Following a safety inspection of the track between Coleshill Parkway and Nuneaton, all lines have now reopened. As service recovers, trains running between Birmingham New Street and Nuneaton may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes.

This is expected until 11:45.

Customer advice:

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

  • Avanti West Coast services between Birmingham New Street and London Euston

  • Greater Anglia services London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport

  • London Terminals on the London Underground

  • The two CrossCountry services operating before and after your cancelled service

  • West Midlands Railway services between Tamworth and Nuneaton

If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost

Unfortunately, any seat reservations will not be carried over to another train, but Coach B, H and L are our unreserved coaches on CrossCountry services (where available) so please head to them
