Between Blackpool South and Colne
Description
A member of train crew being unavailable between Blackpool South and Colne means fewer trains are able to run on some lines. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost, on Blackpool Transport bus services between Blackpool South and Lytham / Blackpool North.
Customers may use alternative Northern services between Preston and Blackpool North at no extra cost.
Any ticket restrictions have been lifted during this disruption.
Replacement transport:
Road transport will replace some cancelled services. Please consult online journey planners or see customer information screens for updated departure times.
Journey times will be extended by up to 90 minutes when travelling using rail replacement transport.
