Description

Members of train crew being unavailable across the Northern network is causing disruption to services in the north west. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

You are advised to check before you travel today.

Replacement road transport will replace some cancelled service, it is expected road transport that does run will be very busy.

Please see customer information screens, consult online journey planners or speak to station staff for information about replacement road transport.

If the train you have a ticket for is cancelled, you can travel on any LNER, Northern or TransPennine Express service within 2 hours before or after your cancelled service was due to depart.
