Disruption to CrossCountry services caused by hot weather has now ended.
Ticket flexibility:
If you decided not to travel, you can request a refund via your point of purchase. If you have a ticket that is valid on CrossCountry services only, you can use it to travel on an alternative day up to and including Monday 17 August, at no extra cost.
