Description

Lines have reopened following an obstruction on the track at Dalgety Bay. Trains running between Inverkeithing and Kirkcaldy may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes, diverted or revised whilst service recovers.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

ScotRail customer advice:

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Stagecoach Buses - All services in the Fife area between Inverkeithing and Dundee.

Please note, customers tickets are not valid on services between Edinburgh and Inverkeithing. Passengers should travel by train between Inverkeithing and Edinburgh.

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
