Description

A speed restriction over defective track at Dinas Powys means lines are disrupted. Trains between Cardiff Central and Cadoxton may be cancelled or revised as a result.

This is expected until 15:30.

Customer advice:

For safety, train services will not be able to run through the area until it has been fixed.

Network Rail / Amey Infrastructure are aware of the problem and technicians are currently on route to the affected area of track.

Your ticket can be used on the following, at no extra cost:

  • Between Barry and Bridgend, until 14:30:

  • Between Cardiff and Barry, until 14:30:

Please note, Pay As You Go cannot be used on local bus operators.
