Description

A safety inspection of the track has taken place between Perth and Dunkeld & Birnam and all lines have reopened, with trains having to run at reduced speed. Trains running between Perth and Inverness via Aviemore may still be delayed.

Disruption is expected until 17:00.

Your ticket can be used on the following services at no extra cost:

  • Any ScotRail service via any reasonable route

  • Scottish Citylink buses between Perth and Inverness in both directions. Just show your valid ticket or Smart card to the driver when boarding the bus
